ONE HOUR CONSULT

Cost: $250.00

HOW IT WORKS:

We will have a one hour consult, either through zoom, phone or in person and you can ask me anything! This is your time to choose how you use it. Paint selections, to layout ideas, I’m here for any and all help design.

There are discounts for subsequent hours purchased.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

·      A 1 hour call with Becca Reed, Senior designer

ONE ROOM VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

Cost: $2,500.00

HOW IT WORKS:

You’ll send me photos, measurements, and your inspiration for the room(s) you want to design. We’ll hop on a 30 minute call and then I will get designing. We’ll send you a list of suggested products, a mood board, colour ideas, and a new floor plan.

 The delivery date after purchase is 90 days after submitting your questionnaire answers. If you don’t submit your details when requested, we can no longer guarantee this timeline.

 Designs are final. So much time and care is put into each design and due to the high volume, we aren’t able to consult further once you have received your package.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

·      An initial 30 minute call with Becca Reed, Senior designer

·      A customized package outlining the plan for your space

·      Suggested products and links within the budget you set

·      A mood board to see the products together

·      A plan suggesting placement of items.

·      A customized colour palette

*3D models and renderings are available at an additional cost.

LANDSCAPE CONSULT

Cost: $350.00

HOW IT WORKS:

You send me photos of your space at various times throughout the day, overall dimensions and images of your dream outdoor space.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

·      A 1/2 hour call with Becca Reed, Senior Designer

·      A landscape and hardscape plan sketched into your specific space.

·      Please note that specific plantings are not included. Approximate plant heights will be noted. This is the perfect package to take to your local nursery!

THE FULL GUT:

We’ll have a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to discuss the scope of work such as your design preferences, budget, functionality needs and timeline. If we agree that I’m well suited for your project needs, we’ll talk about the next steps and I will send you a detailed quote.

HOW IT WORKS:

Your designer will meet with you to see the space to be designed, get to know and understand your goals for the space as well as discuss overall project objectives, style and design vision. Breed Design can work with you to fully realize the space that you will love to live in.
